One of my favorite foods - Chanterelles
What a view to have an afternoon tea. Taken during our 2016 vacation on Guernsey.
...bake them in the oven (for freezing) or....
...fry them for immediate eating.
Form flat dumplings and either....
Graukas (from Austria), Parsley+Onions and dried bread (and som eggs)
Roll into small dumplings. They now go directly into the freezer.
Add some egg and mix.
You also need parsley and onions, and fine bread crumbs.
Heat until the marrow is liquid.
You need some bones with marrow in it.
